| ATEQ India is a subsidiary of ATEQ France. The Company ATEQ was founded in 1975. During its first five years, ATEQ ensured the distribution and after-sales service of a range of leak test instruments. In 1982, ATEQ launched its own manufactured control equipment. These instruments are equipped with a transducer and pneumatics fully designed by ATEQ.
After becoming the first supplier of this type of equipment on the French market, subsidiaries were set up in Italy, Spain and Germany. Today, ATEQ is present in 32 countries within the five continents and was awarded the "Mercure" prize for its export performance by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 1991. ATEQ was also nominated in 1994 and 1997. Several assets made its success possible. Besides the good technical performance of the equipment ATEQ's first priority has always been customer satisfaction, by maintaining a highly dynamic and technically proficient sales force, a fast and efficient after-sales-service and numerous sales related services. Leak detection is a complex matter requiring a great deal of experience. ATEQ design, advise on and build complete solutions, tailored to customers' requirements. ATEQ in India has a complete set up which serves this purpose. Our sales force consists of Application Engineers who are responsible for the following: • Feasibility studies. A Calibration Cell has been established to cater for the calibration requirements of its customers using Imported Master Calibrators from ATEQ France in line with the ATEQ calibration standards. ATEQ in India is committed to provide the best service to its customers. In line with ATEQ's policy of providing complete solution to end user through machine builders (SPM manufacturers), ATEQ has been closely working with reputed machine builders. To do so, a Special Purpose Machine cell was created in ATEQ India to train and assist the machine builders on various aspects of the design, specifically related to the leak testing field (such as sealing technology). The team gets technical support from ATEQ France as needed. The same methods of work are applied in each subsidiary. ATEQ have a worldwide customer and application database which combines great experience and knowledge in terms of applied solutions. This also ensures the same follow-up service quality within the boundaries of international groups. |
